About the Item

An antique Japanese copper brush pot with cloisonne enamel design. Early Meiji period, after 1868. Cylinder shape. Cherry blossom motif and floral patterns in cobalt and turquoise blue, red, pink, and white. Presumably a work of Namikawa Yasuyuki, 1845 to 1927, a Japanese cloisonne artist. Collectible Oriental Asian Decor For Interior Design, Desk Accessories And Writing Instruments. OVERALL GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION. SIGNS OF WEAR AND AGE. REFER TO PHOTOS. H 4 3/4 IN. ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE.
