Antique Japanese Meiji Green Goldstone Enamel Dragon Vase
About the Item
An antique Japanese late Meiji era enamel over brass vase. The amphora shaped vase with a narrow fluted neck. The vase is adorned with a polychrome image of a dragon made in the Cloisonne technique. The base and the neck are adorned with a foliage motif made in the same technique. The ground of the vase is inlaid with Goldstone. Circa: late 19th century to early 20th century.
