Antonio Forteleoni Large Jana Vase in Black Gres for Cappellini

About the Item

Denoted by clean lines and handcrafted, the Jana vases are a collection that was designed for Cappellini by Antonio Forteleoni. These vases are made of black earth, forged by hand on a pottery wheel, and available in two different shapes and dimensions. The markedly traditional design is of Sardinian origin, revised and redesigned with a contemporary edge, yet the allure of the patina has been conserved, evolving over time to enhance both the color and finish. Jana vases are the manifestation of the ancient art of ceramics: any imperfection in the color or finish should be considered a precious attribute. Material: Raw gres Available finish: Black gres.
