Large Art Nouveau Cameo Vase after Emile Galle 14 inches height.In the style of French Art Nouveau, Galle Cameo glass vase, several layers with tones of browns, beige overlaid in turquoise and decorated with flowers,a dragonfly and frogs.The vase design is embossed with different colors and textured.Probably a reproduction in the style of a famous Cameo by "Galle". Emile Gallé is synonymous of the best and one of the most highly regarded names in Art Nouveau French glass making, considered one of the pioneers of Art Nouveau. Emile Gallé was renowned for his naturalistic glass artistry, and was especially influenced by flowers and animals,this vase is reflecting Galle's passionate interest in nature.Good condition with some light crack on the bottom.
