Bisque Goat's Head Vase, 19th Century Period
About the Item
Porcelain bisque vase with poly-lobed neck, the handles decorated with goats holding bunches of grapes in their mouths, after a model close to Duplessis called Goat's Head. The vase is highlighted with garland of roses and grapes. Sevres apocryphal mark under the base.
