Bob Parks (1943 - 2017) "Horses of the Desert" number 22 of 35 Bronze Oversize Vase. In excellent vintage condition. Bob Parks was an absolute master of bronze sculpting. His pieces have amazing texture and detail. Measures 13.5x15” Height & Diameter. Opening diameter is 7” Weight is appx 45lb’s About the artist: Bob Parks, sculptor and owner of Bob Parks Gallery, was a prominent artist in Scottsdale, Arizona. Bob was born in Hollywood, Ca. and moved to Scottsdale in the late 60's. Over the past twenty-two years he sculpted over 230 different bronze sculptures, ranging in edition size of five to thirty-five. Each sculpture reflects extraordinary vitality and consistent high quality, ingredients contributing to his success as a sculptor. This success has soared, resulting in the honor of his works being proudly displayed in such places as the Cowboy Hall of Fame, the Chicago Art Institute, the Birmingham Art Museum and the Favell Art Museum.
