About the Item

Sourced during a trip to Hong Kong, this large gorgeous bird motif vase will be the focal point in any room. It is created from a thick ceramic clay, and glazed in a yellow and gray craquelure. The body of the base is wide, and the neck is very narrow. Applied throughout the body, are sculpted clay birds sitting upon tree branches. The birds are glazed in a gorgeous yellow and verdigris green. The olive branches are brown, with small green leaves and olives hanging off. The applied branch on one side of the vessel makes for a great handle. There are two birds in total. Fill this beauty up with your favorite greenery and display it somewhere where the light will catch it just right! Dimensions: 11.5" Tall 8" Diameter
