Circa 1860 pair of Imari vases, Japan. Beaker form; well decorated with trellises behind stylized burnt orange floral cartouches alternating with cartouches with a foo dog in a garden. One slightly shorter than the other. 4 1/4" dia., 9 1/8" h. & 9 3/8" h.
