About MVM Cappellin
Founded in 1925 by Giacomo Cappellin after parting ways with Paolo Venini, MVM Cappellin & C. quickly became a leading force in Murano glass design. Based in the Palazzo Da Mula, the company initially entrusted its artistic direction to Vittorio Zecchin, followed by Carlo Scarpa in 1926. Scarpa introduced groundbreaking innovations in both design and production methods, solidifying MVM Cappellin’s reputation.
