This Daum Nancy acid-etched glass vase represents an exceptionally rare and particularly graceful model from the renowned French firm. The glassmakers of Daum Nancy have long been celebrated for their masterful ability to recreate the beauty of nature in glass, and that talent is on full display in the present piece. A delicate band of acid-etched foliate motifs encircles the rim, while florals scroll across the foot. Very few pieces of this artistry are found today, and those that appear on the market are dearly sought by collectors all over the world.
