About the Item
Contemporary monumental Italian art glass vase, one of a kind Venetian Work of Art by Davide Donà, in blown Murano glass. The crystal battuto body, skillfully embraced by a smoked grey border and highlighted front and back with red, pale yellow and aquamarine blue murrine expanded like in a modern painting. This piece is made precious by different Battuto hand-engraved techniques that give an exceptional decorative texture to this sculpture and by the addition of a sophisticated elongated neck.
Signed piece by Davide Dona', son of the recognized Alberto Dona both having the rare ability to blow oversized pieces and maestria in different intricate decorations all applied on the same piece.
