Blue studio pottery vase in excellent condition with incised female figures, 1996.
Created by Edwin (1910-2008) and Mary (1908-2007) Scheier.
Signed and dated inside the foot. Measure: 10.75" H.
This is a wonderful vase by these two important ceramic artists.
There is a documentary about this creative couple titled four hands one heart that has been shown on PBS many times since 2001. It attests to the fact that these two ceramists worked beautifully together.
