Enrico Cammozzo Murano Glass Foglia d'Oro Vase with Applied Glass Decoration
$1,750

About
This 16.5" tall hand blown Murano art glass vase was crafted by Italian glass master Enrico Cammozzo (b. 1965). The body of the vase has been finished with gold leaf and features thick trailing ropes of molten red, blue and clear glass which have been applied liberally to the exterior. The mouth of the vase measures 15" by 10" and has an asymmetrical ruffled form which complements the freeform nature of the decoration found on the outside. The underside of the 9" by 5" oval foot bears the artist's signature "Commozzo E".
A striking piece perfect for use as a decorative focal point or filled with flowers.
