About the Item

Very nice set of three Evan Jensen vases and a bowl. Extremely rare! Made in Denmark during the 1930s. Patinated bronze in excellent quality. Evan Jensen took it to a whole other level compared to Just Andersen. All three pieces are signed and marked with the numbers 10, 17, and 155A. Heights 18,5cm (7,3in), 14cm (5,5in), and 7cm (2,8in). Excellent condition, no issues! Evan Jensen ( 1888-1978) Evan was a Danish artist and designer known for his work in bronze, particularly during the Art Deco period. His work was shown at the Barcelona International Exposition 1929 and the exposition Internationale des Arts et Techniques dans la Vie Moderne in Paris 1937. At both exhibitions he won a Grand Prix for his designs. His creations often featured elegant, organic forms and showcased a high level of craftsmanship. Jensen's designs are appreciated for their timeless quality and are sought after by collectors. His contributions to decorative arts highlight his ability to blend functionality with artistic beauty.
