Notes:
A unique work of art made in through the lost wax process at Belgium's largest and most successful foundry, the Compagnie des Bronzes in Brussels. Modeled with a swan with outstretched wings among bulrushes. The wax model from which this one-of-a-kind piece was cast was painstakingly carved by Jean-Baptiste Sloodts, the technical director of the company.
