French Art Deco Ball Vase Pink Orange Frosted Molded Pressed Glass, 1930, France

About the Item

Art Deco ball vase in pink / orange frosted molded pressed glass decorated with cherries/grapes and foliage in relief. It is made of pink opalescent glass. The way the glass is worked creates a wonderful play of light. The quality of the work and the reflections created by the interplay of relief gives it a very elegant look. It is a decorative piece of beautiful dimensions. Its spherical shape is perfectly highlighted by stylized floral motifs. Its magnificent bohemian appearance makes it a charming piece of decoration that is always in tune with the times. Classic item from the 1930s. 1930 - France Note traces of time may be slightly visible on its surface. This vase full of finesse is made using the molded pressed glass technique. Very popular with Art Deco craftsmen, this method allows the production of original, transparent pieces of glass, with an opalescent yellow gold, sandblasted or, as here, rose, rosy, pinkish, rosaceous appearance.
