Large stoneware base by Garcia De Diego at Ciboure, France, late 1940s. High technical quality rotating Pyrenean decor typical of Garcia de Diego's production. Two geometric belts at the top and bottom. Black handles and neck discreetly tinted green. Height : 28cm (11"), Diameter : 25cm (9.8"). Very good condition. Signed "Garcia de Diego" at the bottom. Stamped "RF Ciboure" under the base.
