A high quality Japanese amphora shaped enamel over brass vase. The vase is adorned with polychrome enamel medallions depicting a crane bird and blossoming flowers, and an evening landscape with a crescent on turquoise ground surrounded by floral, foliage, scrollwork, and Phoenix bird patterns made in the Cloisonne technique. Marked with a paper label, on the bottom. Circa: late 19th century High Quality Antique Meiji Japanese Cloisonne Enamel Vase Double Sided Moon and Crane Scenes Dimensions: H 6 in.
