About the Item
This is a woven bamboo basket made in Japan during the Meiji to Taisho eras (1868-1920).
It is a vase that imitates the shape.
It was hung on the wall or placed on a table to decorate with flowers.
It's old soot, so it won't stick to your hands if you touch it.
Very cool.
Also, the water cylinder is old, so it will stain a little when you put water in it.
If you want to decorate flowers, it is recommended to put water in another container and put it in this vase.
The item is in good overall condition and is hard to find.
