Japanese old wooden vase/20th century/wall-mounted wabi-sabi vase

About the Item

I would like to introduce you to some old and interesting Japanese wooden vases. This is a vase made from thick rotten branches of trees. I don't know the type of wood, but it is a solid wood with a certain degree of hardness. Therefore, it feels stable when placed on the floor. Not only does it grow straight, but the tip is slightly curved, which is interesting. I think it would be great if you could use long, thin objects or small flowers to create a great atmosphere. There is also a hole in the back so you can hang it on the wall. There is a thin copper tube fitted into the bottom part, but if you put it in there, water will probably leak out, so please fill the bamboo tube attached in the photo with water and arrange the flowers. This is a rare item. it's recommended. Production date: 1900-1960 Weight: 1.7kg
