King Size Unica Floor Vase by Danish Sejer Ceramic Studio Pottery Denmark, 1970s

About the Item

An extraordinary huge and tall mid-century Danish floor vase by Fridtjof Sejersen for Sejer Studio Ceramic made ca. 1960´s to 1970´s. It´s made in his own studio workshop in Nr. Aaby on the Danish island Funen which he ran from 1941 to 1978. The floor vase has en embossed decor and the glossy glaze varies from the lightest blue to deep dark blue almost black color. Hand marked on bottom: Sejer Unic Danmark Very good vintage condition without chips, cracks or repair.

    A 1970s studio pottery vase by Carn, Cornwall. Rare hand built, facetted wood-cut mould design. With raised tubeline decoration and moss coloured highlight glaze to three sides, and blue glaze to the back. We have two of these vases as illustrated.
