Korean Antique White Porcelain Vase /Vase with a Sense of Transparency/1750-1850

About the Item

This is a white porcelain vase made in Korea in the latter half of the 18th century. During the Joseon dynasty in Korea, white pottery was considered a noble one. Many masterpieces are white. And this is a pottery from the middle to the late Joseon dynasty. As a feature, the upper part is shaped like a tubular pipe, and it swells as it goes down. Another feature is that white porcelain basically uses a transparent glaze, but it is also transparent in the latter period, but it becomes a slightly bluish glaze. And it has ring lines engraved on the top and bottom. This is a design that I sometimes see during the Ly Dynasty. And this item is more transparent than other Joseon white porcelain, and the glaze is glassy. very beautiful. Also, it must have been used with sake. There are spots here and there. It is also changing as a pottery design. There was no water leak. There is a feeling of use such as small scratches, but it is in good condition. Please use it as a vase. Weight: 0.9 kg.
