Large impressive mid-century floor vase from ceramic by then West-German pottery makers Fohr.
This vase features modernist patterns inspired by African ethnic designs.
Here on a light beige/grey base colour the greyish blue glaze: obviously spared the background via a template.
The company Fohr started producing funky decorative pottery in the 1950s under Wilhelm Fohr, originally
founded in 1859 by Peter Fohr, Germany.
