A exquisite large pair of Murano 'Scavo' & Iron Trumpet Vases, attributed to the renowned workshops of Seguso Vetri d'Arte. Hand Made in Murano, Italy, during the 1980s. These striking vases stand tall at 24 inches with a 7-inch diameter, crafted from hand blown frosted opaque white glass.
Each piece of a modern design, featuring an applied rim on an undulating bulbous body, gracefully resting within a tripartite engraved wrought iron base. The vases, although unmarked, exemplify the masterful craftsmanship synonymous with Seguso Vetri d'Arte. The vases are removable from the wrought iron bases. They are stunning examples of the 'Scavo' technique, a process that imparts an ancient, weathered appearance to the glass, further enhancing their allure. This pair represents a harmonious blend of Italian artistry and craftsmanship, serving as captivating additions within any interior.
