About the Item
This pair of sculptural black stoneware vases of high visual impact is composed of two pieces of different sizes but made by the artist with the same technique. The shorter vase size is: 17 Diam. x 27 H cm.
Luca Leandri was born in Deruta in 1964 and works in Umbria, Italy. Nowdays is one the main artist involved in contemporary ceramic and research in Italy. He started at an early age sculpting, sperimenting materials and creating shapes. Leandri through his reserch and production is devoted to the study of new technical solutions.
In the last two decades Leandri has been dedicated to research and artistic production while living and working out of his Home-Atelier in Marsciano, Perugia not omitting to teach his several techniques at all levels.
