Mid-Century German Blue Panel Decorated Ceramic Vase
About the Item
A very stylish West German ceramic vase decorated with mottled blue panels on a white ground dating from around 1960. The vase is of tall simple elegant tear drop shape and is decorated in bright white glazes with six long rectangular panels extending upwards from the base in a mottled blue color. The inner vase and base have a black glazed finish and the vase has impressed numbers 123/30 to the base.
In good condition with a couple of small popped glaze bubbles to one of the panels.
