Murano Green White Aventurine Ribbons Italian Art Glass Flared Rim Flower Vase
About the Item
Beautiful, and large, vintage Murano hand blown green, white and aventurine Zanfirico ribbons Italian art glass sculptural flared rim flower vase. Created in the manner of the Dino Martens and the Fratelli Toso company. The vase has a very large and unusual flared and ruffled rim, with a triangle / cone body shape. The colors are made with teal green Filigrana ribbons alternating with white net Zanfirico ribbons with twisting glittery copper aventurine inside. They create a nice color combination and pattern. The large open ruffled rim could make for a gorgeous flower arrangement. Would make a great center piece on any console or dinning table, credenza or dresser. Use it as a vase, or display it as a sculptural piece in your home. Mid-century era. Measures: 8 1/4" long x 8" wide across the rim x 9 7/8" high.
