Nagel inspired Etched Glass Original One of a Kind Modern Large Vase

About the Item

For any lover of Patrick Nagel, art or lover of collectible, modern glass, this is the perfect piece for you. We found this piece at an estate in Indian Wells, California that had one room dedicated to a collection of amazing art glass. Each piece was displayed in a custom wall of built-ins to perfectly fit each work of art. We cannot find any info on the artist of this piece, however, it is done with extreme craftsmanship and an artistic vision. The name of the artist is etched on the bottom of the vase. It appears to be Rové, Ravé or Revé. The front of the vase is inspired by a famous Nagel image of a seated woman. The back is equally detailed, but with a modern geometric starburst pattern. Please note that both designs were all completely deep etched by hand. We have never seen a piece of etched art glass, cut this deep. It is so incredibly hard to do! We think it would look amazing displayed with the Patrick Nagel silk screen hung behind this beautiful piece of art on a black pedestal! Can be hand delivered to Los Angeles for $100.
