Moser (also known as Moser a.s. and formerly Ludwig Moser & Soehne) is a luxury glass company famous for the production of glasses, jugs, ashtrays and other luxury glass objects.1 It is based in the Czech Republic, specifically in Karlovy Vary (a town also known as Karlsbad in the Bohemian region). This is a brand with a tradition of over a century in the production of high-quality, luxury glass objects, being the official supplier of several royal houses and palaces in Europe.23
Moser began cutting glass in 1857 under the name Ludwig Moser & Söhne, and soon became popular among European royalty with the slogan: "glass for kings - king of glasses." After years of success in the 19th century in various international competitions, the company subsequently suffered several closures and transfers during the 20th century. Despite everything, the company always remained among the most important glass companies in Bohemia.

Art nouveau, modernist art or modernism was an international artistic and decorative movement, developed between approximately 1890 and 1914. The 'new art', as its name in French, was an original, youthful and modern style.
The art nouveau cultural movement emerged at the end of the 19th century and remained until the beginning of the 20th century, seeking to contrast with industrialization after the second industrial revolution.
