A monumental pair of 19th century Louis XVI style Augustus Rex Meissen Porcelain pink ground hunting scene covered vases. Each is beautifully hand painted with scenes of hunters, hunting dogs, deers, and trees. They are both painted with meticulous detail and are truly amazing in quality. They are both finished in 24-karat gilt decoration. The covers are also decorated in hunting scenes that match the main panel. The scenes are painted with exceptional quality.
