A extremely decorative pair of Sevres style vases in blue and gold. Intricately hand painted in great detail showing reclining figures at leisure in a landscape setting. Idyllic and classically styled the painting of the scene is skilfully depicted with fresh colours and expressive faces. These scenes are framed by elaborate gold colour foliage and floral motifs with gilt ormolu mounts, decorative handles and a pinecone finial. A beautiful and large pair of vases that look imposing and grand.
