This is a pair of vintage decorative vases. A Chinese, ceramic tourist ware dried flower urn, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1980.
Strong Art Deco revival taste with distinctive black ground
Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order
Bold ceramic form finished in black paint, upon which, light saffron yellow adds colour
Graced with unusual persimmon fruit vestigial handles of fascinating detail
Decorated with numerous Oriental motif throughout
Lines of characters adorn the fascia, framed above and below with dragons
Figural scenes to the lower edge and sides with traditional themes
Maker's export mark to base in red, with circular drain holes to centre
