About the Item
BRUNO ALDO FEDELI (Arezzo, 19 giugno 1906 - Sesto Fiorentino, 24 giugno 1979). Painter, Ceramist & Creative.
In the mid 1920's Zulimo Aretini noticed the young Fedeli and took him in his Ceramic Atelier in Arezzo. In 1931 Fedeli moves from Arezzo to Sesto Fiorentino and worked for several makers, among them: ditta Maioliche Artistiche Egisto Fantechi, ditta Zipoli Caiani fratelli and la Società Accomandita Ceramica Artistica, still occasionally working for CIMA in Perugia and Zulimo Aretini as well. Later on, he became collaborator and close friend of Lucio Fontana (Rosario, 19 febbraio 1899 – Comabbio, 7 settembre 1968) painter & Ceramist. Fedeli retired from the business in 1975.
