Signed Pavel Hlava Heat Sensitive Glass Sculpture, c1970 One the finest exponents and pioneers of Czech Art Glass. Pavel Hlava (1924-2003) gained recognition during his lifetime and was exhibited internationally even when producing from behind the iron curtain. His designs have found their way into the best art glass collections and modern art museums globally. Additional information: Date : 1962-1978 Origin : Novy Bor Czechoslovakia, now Czech Republic Bowl Features : The colour transitions from indigo and blue to turquoise and amber abd red in the base.
