Thomas Webb Art Deco Sunshine Amber Bullseye Glass Vase

About the Item

A very fine Art Deco sunshine amber glass vase by renowned English glass makers Thomas Webb and dating from around 1935. The large bud shaped hand blown vase stands slightly raised on a wide round base with a wide round shaped body and wide everted rim. The body of the vase is decorated in the bullseye pattern with regularly spaced raised roundels to the body and is made in a yellow toned uranium glass which glows green under UV light. The vase has a polished pontil mark and has an etched Webb mark to the base. In good condition.
