Timo Sarpaneva "Kotilo" vase, by Venin, Italy, 1990 Three layers of glass manufactured with the "wet stick" - method where they use vaporizing water to "blow" the glass in it's shape. The first (low) layer is dark glass, middle is orange glass and the top layer is red glass. Signed "venini 90 sarpaneva" on bottom meaning this is the first year production. High: 16cnm Mint condition
