Vintage Teal Scavo Glass Vase Ascribable to Seguso, Archeological style, Italy

About the Item

Made in Italy, 1940s - 1960s. Ascribable to Seguso, it might be designed after archeological pieces. It features opaque and iridescent parts, with a scavo glass effect. The signs of the scissors (taglianti) used to cut the glass and detach it from the blowpipe on the bottom are well visible and are a clear sign that it is handmade. It is an amazing piece with an intense ornamental and chromatic effect. This vase is vintage, therefore it might show slight traces of use, but it can be considered as in perfect original condition.
