About the Item
Tall metal ashtray. With a functional and elegant design, it reflects the aesthetics of the modern period. It has an elongated cylindrical structure with a semi-spherical base that gives it stability. The top is made up of a bowl-shaped container, topped by a hinged system with two moving parts, which allow ashes and cigarette butts to be introduced into the container, keeping the outside clean and presentable.
The top handle facilitates handling. This type of ashtray was often found in public spaces or residential interiors during the 20th century and is representative of a time when smoking was an integral part of everyday life.
