Vintage Individual Ashtrays set in gilded metal and Italian Leather
About the Item
a smoking set made in Italy between the 60s and 70s, for you or for your group of friends.
Inside a leather box handmade in Italy, as certified by the vintage adhesive label still present on the item, there are 5 stackable ashtrays made of golden metal foil.
The cognac colored leather box and the functionality and practicality of this object makes me think of an outdoor activity set and "Campaign Forniture",
An elegant and high quality supply useful for hunting or travel like the beautiful stirrup glasses.
This set appears to have never been used, it has minimal signs of oxidation on the metal parts and a splendid patina of age on the leather parts.
On the back there are 3 original vintage stickers:
The first is from the manufacturing company "L SIAT" which is currently, as far as we know, no longer in business.
The second stickers that the workmanship is handmade in Italy
The third label is the price in Lire, that is
Italian currency preceding the euro.
