1970s Carole Stupell Faceted Swivel Top Lucite Ice Bucket, Octagonal
This elegant Mid-Century Modern octagonal ice bucket was created by the designer Carol Stupell, circa 1970. It features a faceted body and top composed of faceted translucent Lucite, giving it the overall appearance of a cut white diamond. The eight-sided Lucite top is attached to the body by a swivel mechanism, that pivots to expose the hollow ice bucket within.
