This fabulous and most exclusive late 70s ice bucket designed by Mauro Manetti, Italy, comes in shiny black!
This is a rare version with a gilt crown and black body is perfect for most décor schemes ranging from Hollywood Regency to Brutalism. Labeled and stamped on the base with "M/M Mod. Risi - Made in Italy", this is a true Manetti original!
An exquisite Hollywood Regency bar accessory statement piece, the body as well as the gilt pineapple crown on this ice bucket are in excellent condition.
Award winning Manetti founded his own design studio in 1977 and his work is exhibited in museums around the world, including the MoMA in New York, the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
The pineapple is generally recognized as a symbol for hospitality and welcome.
