Chase Blue Moon Cocktail Set 8 Piece Art Deco

About the Item

Chase Blue Moon Cocktail Set 8 Piece Art Deco. Removable deep cobalt colored Catalin jigger top. An integral strainer in the top cap. Nice cobalt/chrome cups. Includes chrome ring tray. The set is in good vintage used condition, with all pieces stamped with Chase logo. Blue Moon Shaker by Howard Reichenbach, introduced in 1936, cat # 90066. Blue Moon Cups by Harry Laylon, also 1936, # 90067. US patented machine age designs. This is a spectacular vintage art deco Chase Blue Moon Cocktail Shaker set from the 1930s. The set includes the Blue Moon Cocktail shaker and six (6) Chase Blue Moon glasses/cups. This set was produced from 1936 to 1941, but this blue “shot measure ball top” was only made the first year, so it’s a rare find and even rarer to still have it blue, as most turn brown due to age. The Chase mark is also on the underside of each cup/glass and tray. The cobalt blue color is gorgeous! The tray has some condition issues, including lightscratches, as you can see in the pictures. Shaker: 12″ T x 3.5″ W x 3.5″ D Cups: 3.5″ tall x 2.25
