About the Item
Modernist Donald Deskey Cocktail Tray Art Deco for Barware. This dynamic reverse-painted glass tray is extremely rare and a great addition to your Art Deco collection, in both artistic design and cocktail culture.
Constructed with a chrome tray and banded handles on the outside of the tray. Taken from the highly polished enamel design applied, the art deco machine age style was created after a design by Art Deco Pioneer, Donald Deskey for a New York City commission, circa design 1930.
The design is very well known more typically in screens as the “Jazz Age” seen here. Circa 1930s.
