Danish Sterling Silver Cocktail Shaker

About the Item

A Danish sterling silver cocktail shaker designed and meticulously crafted by Erik Sjødahl (Sjodahl), renowned as one of Denmark’s finest silversmiths and designers. The cocktail shaker is composed of three parts. The vessel features a ring foot and is of a very functional size. The lid is elegantly designed with a three-tiered stepped shape that fits securely onto the vessel. The top is round and elongated, with a thin attached rim. This particular cocktail shaker, created circa 1995, was specially made by Erik Sjødahl for a close friend and exhibits minimal signs of use. Specifications: - Measurements: 9” (22cm) in height, 3 5/8” (9cm) in diameter - Volume: 800 ml (26 oz) or approximately 3 ½ cups - Weight: substantial at 596 grams (21 oz)"
