About the Item
This model of cups was designed in 1968 at the Skultuna studio were Pierre Forssell was working with he's assistant. They are made of brass with two parts so you can use it for warm or cold. The Size is just perfect for tasting or enjoy a liquor. The brass was gold plated so it prevent from oxydation. Feel free to reach out for more. We have carafe and decanter to match.
Pierre Oskar Paul Forssell, born 1925 in Stockholm, died 2004, was a Swedish designer, craftsman and silversmith. Forssell worked for Gense 1952–1964 where he designed the Piruett swivel fork (introduced 1955 on the H55, launched 1959) and the Spectra cutlery range (1961). He also carried out work for Skultuna Messingsbruk between the years 1955 and 1986, for example the wall sconces Pendel and Reflex. He also designed sacred art in brass, such as crosses and candlesticks, for several church rooms.
