Hand-blown Figural Woman Decanter in Optical Glass by Erik Meisner, 1970s

About the Item

Erik Meisner is regarded as of of Denmark best glassblowers. He worked at Holmegaard before opening his own glass studio in 1970. This pieces was executed in the mid-late 1970s. It depicts a busty female and is made from clear optically striped glass. Measurements: H: 25 cm, D: 10 cm. Capacity: 0.6-0.7 liter. Old label from Meisner still present to its side.
