Huge Cocktail Shaker w/ Illustration by The New Yorker Cartoonist D.T. Carlisle

About the Item

Clear glass Art Deco cocktail shaker with chrome lid. The glass molded with rings at the shoulder and foot and hand painted with red bands, the center painted with a large white rooster shaking a cocktail shaker and with the name D. T Carlisle. D.T. Carlisle worked at the Chicago Tribune and was a Cartoonist at New Yorker magazine, he had his first published illustration in 1905.
