Vintage USA WWII Pinup Girl Victory Drinking Glasses (1942 Set of 8)
About the Item
Complete set of 8 WWII drinking glasses, made by the Philip Ronald Corporation of Chicago, IL in 1942. Each glass is 4.5" tall, with a top diameter of 2.5", and weight of 5 ounces. The glasses feature a gold rim and stripe below, plus a decal that features pinup girls modeling 8 different military jobs: Medical Corps, Messenger, Air Raid Warden, Bomb Squad, Military Police, Demolition and Clearance Crew, Auxiliary Fireman, and Decontamination Corps. The glasses are in good condition, with no chips or cracks. A great conversation piece, and terrific memorabilia for WWII and/or pinup girl collectors.
