An exceptional oversized hand painted Chinese Export Rose Medallion punch bowl with several interior floral and figural panels around central smaller base panels with birds, flowers on a detailed background of green scrolls and flowers. The exterior of this large bowl also features eight large panels with alternating flowers, butterflies and figures, once again on a detailed background of green scrolls and flowers with gilt highlights. This colorful punch bowl dates to the mid 19th century and is in very good overall condition, minimal imperfections, gilt rubs, and light wear commensurate with age and use. Dimensions: 7.5 in H x 18.5 in diameter rim. Ref: 8
