About the Item
The curvaceous forms of the porcelain are complemented by the Neo-classical gilded silhouettes, which form a border around the coup-de-grace of the piece. The central panel is a superbly painted bouquet of florals, shaded and detailed by one of Derby's expert hands.
Marked on the base with a red Derby "Crown & Bars" signifying the production period from 1806-1820, under the management of Kean.
